The aim of RemoteHeR is to empower women by equipping them with the necessary digital and HR skills to access and excel in remote and flexible HR careers, enhancing their employability and supporting their participation in the modern workforce.
Objectives
1. Design an innovative curriculum and e-learning platform focused on digital and remote HR competencies tailored for women.
2. Equip women with skills for home-based HR roles in SMEs, startups, and multinational companies.
3. Train educators and trainers to deliver high-quality, remote HR training programs.
4. Reduce gender gaps in remote work and digital HR sectors by fostering women’s digital competence.
5. Establish a sustainability and dissemination strategy to extend the project’s impact beyond its duration.
