The MEANS2.0 project officially began on 26th November 2024, as partners from Romania, Estonia, and Spain gathered in Timisoara, Romania, for the Kick-Off Meeting. Each partner organization participated with two representatives, creating a productive and collaborative atmosphere focused on planning and setting the foundations for this innovative European initiative.

Why MEANS2.0?

Across Europe, many adult migrants possess great entrepreneurial potential but face barriers such as:

• Limited access to digital skills and entrepreneurship knowledge

• Lack of understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation tools

• Reduced support systems and guidance for launching competitive businesses

MEANS2.0 aims to address these challenges by empowering adult migrants to confidently engage in self-entrepreneurship and freelancing. The project promotes economic integration through digital skills, innovation, and inclusive education.

Highlights of the Kick-Off Meeting

During the meeting, partners aligned their vision, planned the workflow, and agreed on responsibilities for the smooth implementation of the project. Major points of discussion included:
